Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the integration of social and environmental factors into corporate decision-making, acting as both a risk management and value creation strategy. We believe that to be truly successful, corporate social responsibility initiatives should tap into the heart of an organization. We thus endeavor to work closely with our clients to determine their passion and desired program focus based on their corporate identity and business objectives. Specific programs we design include:

* Philanthropic Giving: We build giving strategies at both the organizational and individual employee level and work with the organization and the corporate to ensure that funds are maximized to meet the corporate social giving mission.

* Co-Branded Partnerships: After determining the values and identity of the business organization, we work with our clients to identify community, national or international nonprofit partners to create a co-branded engagement strategy.

* Issue Engagement: We work with companies to determine an environmental or social issue that is in line with their business mission, and then gather the necessary partners - nonprofit and government - to maximize impact and position the client as a leader in the issue area.

* Mission-Oriented Business Models: By leveraging strong partnerships in social impact space, we work with companies to strategize tapping on the knowledge of the their consumers, their employees, and their nonprofit partners to unearth new ways to engage conscious consumers and innovate socially-minded products and services.

* Risk Management and Governance: We cooperate internally with compliance and operations departments, and externally with suppliers, sub-contractors and stakeholders to identify pressure points that touch upon environmental and social risks in the global supply chain. After identifying risks, we strategize with our clients to integrate stakeholders into decision-making where possible and to ameliorate risks by creating a series of realistic benchmarking goals.
