Leadership Development and Coaching

With a long history of working with leaders of some of the world’s largest organizations, Apricot offers executive coaching and mentoring to help leaders reach their full potential. We work one-on-one with leaders to identify personal and organizational challenges and then create a future vision for the individual and the organization. Specific services include:

* Use a variety of assessments to determine employee development needs and performance goals

* Conduct confidential one on one coaching to executives, senior management and mid-level managers

* Assist clients to develop their leadership style, improve their presentation skills, address organizational challenges and manage employees
